The below example retrieves all WooCommerce products and lists them as checkbox items in a so called "Slider" layout. Both checkbox and radio elements have this setting since Super Forms v4.8.0. Of course you can also define your own custom items, or retrieve the items with a different "Retrieve method". The form below will add the selected product(s) into the cart and redirect the user to the WooCommerce checkout page.
